Rutile - type titanium dioxide R - 218 is produced by the sulfuric acid process. Zinc salts are used as the lattice stabilizer of titanium dioxide. It undergoes composite inorganic coating with zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide, and surface modification with special organic treatment agents. It features excellent whiteness, easy dispersibility, high weather resistance and high hiding power. It is a high - quality, neutral - colored general - purpose (water - biased) product that can be widely applied in fields such as coatings, inks and papermaking.
