Application Characteristics
Blue undertone:The particle size of R - 666 is small and uniform. It can scatter blue light more effectively than larger particle sizes, thus having a bluer undertone and excellent whiteness.
High Weather Resistance:R - 666 has a high rutile content, a complete crystal lattice, and sufficient filler added. With an adequate amount of multi - element inorganic coating of zirconium, silicon, aluminum, and phosphorus as well as organic treatment, it can ensure high weather resistance.
Excellent dispersibility:The special inorganic and organic surface treatments reduce the contact between TiO₂ particles, enabling R - 666 to exhibit excellent dispersibility during application. As a result, it has good wettability and is easy to grind.
Low Oil Absorption:The low oil absorption of R - 666 enables the titanium dioxide to maintain good fluidity during the application in coatings and inks, which is conducive to cost - saving.
Low abrasion:R - 666 adopts special hydrolysis, salt treatment, calcination and surface treatment processes, which make the titanium dioxide particles soft and easy to grind, thus resulting in low abrasion.
Packaging:It is packed in 25-kilogram paper-plastic composite bags or 500-kilogram and 1,000-kilogram plastic woven bags.
Product Storage:As long as it is protected from moisture, it can be stored for a long time.
Protection:When handling TiO2, gloves and a protective shield should be worn. In case of skin contact, this compound poses no danger, but it is recommended to wash the skin after use.
