Oil-based dispersion of 0967 nanometer titanium oxide
Product Introduction
The 0967 nano titanium oxide dispersion uses an advanced preparation technology that combines microemulsion and uniform precipitation to obtain high-purity nano rutile titanium dioxide with a purity of up to 99.1%. A uniform film coating method is used to attach various inorganic oxide films to the surface of titanium dioxide, changing its surface properties from hydrophilic to strongly hydrophobic. Special micro-mixing and micro-dispersion technologies, together with optimized surfactants, are employed to prepare a uniform and stable oily dispersion.

Application Guide
According to the actual needs of the formulation, 0967 can be easily added to the oil phase and dispersed by stirring. 0967 selects methyl benzoate, which has good compatibility with organic sunscreens, as the dispersion carrier, enabling it to be easily used in combination with most organic sunscreens.
The isoelectric point of 0967 is at pH = 9. When the pH value of the system is around 9, the repulsive interaction between titanium dioxide particles disappears, leading to a large amount of particle aggregation. Therefore, the situation of pH = 9 should be avoided in the formulation design. Fortunately, for daily skin care products, it is usually recommended that the pH value of the product be weakly acidic. In such an environment, 0967 will carry a positive charge and repel each other, keeping the formulation stable.
Product performance
An excellent UV screening agent. A 1% titanium dioxide solid content is equivalent to a 4SPF value (in a specific formulation).
High titanium dioxide content
Highly transparent, easy to spread on the skin without whitening;
Completely uniformly dispersed at the micro scale, enabling the preparation of spray - type physical sunscreen products, simplifying the formulation and production process;
Cost - effective, increasing the SPF value under the same content;
Long - term stability
